Living room – 1x 3 seater sofa bed. The bed is unused and still plastic wrapped. 1X
swivel chair. 24” LG TV / Humax Freesat box/ 1x LG DVD player. Light with fan. Wall
cupboards.
Kitchen – Wrap round with 4 burner hob, microwave, range of cupboards, stainless steel
sink with light over. New 3 spot light fitting, Fridge with top freezer compartment. Bosch
water heater replaced in 2019. Last serviced September 2023. Produces 5l per minute.
Very efficient.
Complete with pots, pans, wok, plates, bowls, mugs, steamer, Morphy Richards slow
cooker, Tefal air fryer, Moulinex electric oven etc etc
Bathroom – Toilet, vanity, fitted shower with bifold door. Thermostatic control. Mirrored
cabinet.
All linens, towels, duvets etc
Most of the sockets are stardard English 3 pin. Additional 2x2 sockets were added last
year for the TV etc and all electrics were checked.
All under van pipes were replaced since we bought the van.

Large plot with parking and back garden with shed. Tools, mower, bicycle etc.
Large balcony 6m x 4m with railings and gates each side for access. The decking was
cleaned, sanded and repainted in June 2024.
